Last August, we announced changes to the DFS Guaranteed Investment Funds (DFS GIF) affecting, among other things, the Helios2 contract, which will take effect on November 28.
To ensure that clients setting up a new Helios2 contract until November 28 are advised about the changes, we ask that you provide a copy of the
Advance Notice to the client along with the
Contract and Information folder. Note that when you order the
Contract and Information folder, copies of the notices will be attached automatically.
