Starting April 28, e-applications that haven’t been modified for a period of 12 months will be deleted. This update to our data retention policy reflects our commitment to effective and responsible management of client data, in accordance with market best practices. It also helps us comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act by limiting the use, disclosure and retention of information.
Important: This change only affects e-applications in the application. Once an application has been submitted, all the documents can be found in
Client Documents.
