Starting February 10,
illustrations that haven’t been modified in the past 12 months will be deleted from the illustration tool. This update to our data retention policy reflects our commitment to effective and responsible management of client data, in accordance with industry best practices. It also helps us comply with the
Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act by limiting the use, disclosure and retention of information.
Important: This change only affects illustrations in the illustration tool. Once a policy has been submitted, all documents, including the illustration, will be available in the
Client Documents section.
