  • the date of termination or end of the policy

*The cranial region’s bones are the frontal, the sphenoid, the ethmoid, the occipital are the parietal and temporal bones.

A benefit is payable for each fracture, provided that the fractures resulted from different accidents. The benefit is doubled in certain circumstances (e.g. accident aboard a public transportation vehicle). When multiple fractures result from the same accident, the company pays the highest applicable benefit.

No benefit is paid if the death occurs in the 30 days following the accident. The amount for a benefit paid will be deducted from the life insurance amount.
