Premium

  • Fixed and guaranteed
  • Until the termination of the main coverage without exceeding the insured’s 70th birthday.

End of coverage

The earliest of:

  • the insured turns 70
  • the death of the insured
  • the date the coverage is converted into a reduced paid-up insurance (reduced coverage amount) or prolonged paid-up insurance (reduced payment period)
  • the date the main coverage on the contract is terminated

Characteristics

  • The benefit may be doubled in certain circumstances (e.g. accident aboard public transportation).
  • The benefit will be payable for each fracture or complete severance, provided that the fractures are due to separate accidents.

    • ADis available: $100,000
    • Since the insurance amount is under $ 50,000, you can offer a maximum of $100,000 in this case, rather than 200% of the insurance amount in other cases.
  2. Whole Life Guaranteed 20 Pay: $10,000
    • Term 20: $100,000
    • On the same insured.
    • ADis available: between $20,000 and $220,000.
    • You can offer between $20,000 and $220,000 in ADis coverage because the total amount of insurance is $110,000 ($10,000 + $100,000); 200% of $110,000 equals $220,000.
  3. Whole Life Guaranteed 20 Pay: $10,000
    • Term 20: $250,000
    • On the same insured.
    • ADis available: between $20,000 and $500,000.
    • You can offer a maximum of $500,000 in ADis coverage because the total amount of insurance is $260,000 ($10,000 + $250,000); and 200% of this amount exceeds $500,000.
